Part One of the tutorial includes everything you will need to know to complete the first portion of the Fallen Arrows Blanket CAL. You will learn how to crochet the C2C stitch using HDC, how to crochet C2C increase rows, how to read and follow a pixel chart, and how to switch colors mid-row.
I hope you find this video helpful, and don't forget to join me on Wednesday when the first part of the pattern will be released :)
A side note-the yarn for this blanket is on sale at Michaels this week for $2/skein!!! You can make the Fallen Arrows Blanket for UNDER $40!

Over the past month I have been working on fine-tuning my video filming. I know that video tutorials are helpful for many when learning new stitches or techniques, and it is something that I am going to try to do more of this year! The biggest trick is trying to find a time to film in daylight, while my 2 year old, 2 dogs and 2 cats won't disturb me (ha! That never actually happens). But thanks to my daughter's long nap and my husband's interference with the critters, I was able to get this video shot last weekend :) I hope that you find it helpful!
