Start Your Crochet Season with Me!
School is in session and the weather is cooling down. Crochet season is officially upon us! Whether you sell at craft fairs or make handmade gifts - this post will get you started for your crochet season with giveaways, free patterns, inspiration and more!
Why “Crochet Season Kick-Off”?
I’ll be honest, my friends. This event was born of a completely last minute whim that I had a few weeks ago. I was getting excited for fall, and I realized that a lot of my fellow crocheters out there probably would be, too! I decided that I wanted to have a mini-celebration by hosting a Crochet Season Kick-Off event on my blog to get us all back into our crocheting mode after summertime.
Many of my best ideas have been “last minute” ideas - so I decided to go with it! I hope you find this event fun, helpful and inspiring as we head into the fall/winter seasons.
What is the “Crochet Season Kick-off”?
I wanted the Crochet Season Kick-Off to serve a couple purposes:
Post a few new patterns perfect for fall to get your creative crochet juices flowing
Host some giveaways so that you have a chance to win yarn and other supplies to help get your crochet projects started.
Put ALL of my printable patterns on sale so that you can stock up in time for “making” season.
Share what is coming this season on my blog so that you know what’s coming and you can plan ahead if you want to.
Share events are scheduled on several other designers’ websites so that you can pick and choose your favorites and, again, plan accordingly.
Basically, I just want to spread some crochet cheer - because I’m feeling it, friends!
How to Navigate the Crochet Season Kick-Off Event
This page will be your starting point all week. I will update this page throughout the event, and I will even try to update it throughout the fall/holiday season with other crochet events going on as I hear of them from other designers.
Find all free crochet patterns and giveaways in the “Event Links” section.
Find all information about my pattern PDF sale in the “Stock up on patterns” section.
Find all information about events/giveaways happening on other designers’ websites in the “More for Your Crochet Season” section.
I highly recommend bookmarking this page, pinning it on Pinterest or signing up for my newsletter so that you can keep with with updates throughout the week and beyond.
